Lakeland Mountain Guides was established in 2012 and is a provider of mountain based activities all over the UK. From hiking to the summit of Scafell Pike or Snowdon, scrambling Striding edge or climbing iconic rock faces, Lakeland Mountain Guides has the professional leaders to help you achieve you goals and ambitions.
If you are keen to improve your own hillwalking and mountaineering skills there are also a range of summer and winter skills courses on offer pitched at all abilities. So whether you’re keen to learn how to use a compass properly or walking crampons safely there will almost certainly be a fun and educational course for you.
In recent years Lakeland Mountain Guides have become well known for their ‘Lakeland Festival of Light’ series. These, not for profit, fundraisers see hundreds of people line the fells with head torches to create an amazing spectacle, and as a result over £40,000 has been raised in just 4 years.

Lakeland Dog Walker was established in 2015. They are a small, friendly team of four ladies who offer a multitude of dog walking and pet care services including Doggy Day Care, Hourly Walks, Pet Pop Ins, Puppy Socialisation Play Dates and Wedding Packages in and around Cockermouth.
You can be assured that whether your dog is out on one of their extremely sociable Pack Walks or joining them on a full day of Doggy Day Care, they'll be walked under control, in a safe environment, and in a manner you should dictate (On/ Off a Lead).
