We provide a high quality service with all clinics held at The Health Collective in Wigton, Cumbria.
Whether you're training for, or recovering from, an event; have an ongoing health problem; or you simply want to get rid of that niggling ache or pain. You can be assured that all therapies are individually tailored to your needs.
We use a combination of virtual consultations, allowing us to connect with you wherever you may be and face to face appointments; using manual therapy (‘hands-on’) treatments for immediate relief and improvement; supporting this with exercise prescription to help self-manage and continue promoting recovery.
